What's the minimum order for bricks and tiles?
Single units ship from stock. Trade pricing starts at 100 units, with deeper tiers at 300 and 500 plus. Tell us the quantity in your message and the quote comes back at the right tier.
How fast do orders ship?
In stock items leave Queens within 1 to 2 business days. Large or custom cut orders depend on volume, so we confirm a firm date in the quote before you commit.
Can you cut custom sizes?
Yes. Bricks, tiles and plates can be cut to spec for walls, saunas and dry aging rooms. Include dimensions and finish in the message field.
Do you send samples?
For trade enquiries above 100 units the sample itself is free, you only cover the shipping cost. Ask for one in your message and we'll quote the freight.
Where does the salt come from?
The Khewra mine in Punjab, Pakistan, sourced direct and warehoused in New York, so you're buying mine grade stock without an import wait.
