What is this adhesive used for?

It is intended for installing compatible Himalayan salt bricks and salt tiles for decorative salt walls, feature walls, wellness spaces, and similar installations.

How much adhesive should I order?

As a general planning estimate, we recommend approximately 3 tubes for every 100 standard 8" × 4" salt tiles. Actual usage can vary depending on the installation surface, application method, and amount applied.

Can I use it with both 1-inch salt tiles and 2-inch salt bricks?

It can be used for compatible salt brick and salt tile installations. Because thicker bricks are heavier, the installation method and supporting surface should always be appropriate for the weight of the finished wall.

Can I use this adhesive for a sauna salt wall?

The suitability of any adhesive in a sauna depends on the temperature, humidity, substrate, and construction method. Check the adhesive specifications and your project's installation requirements before using it in a high-temperature environment.

What surface can I install the salt bricks on?

The installation surface should be clean, dry, stable, and capable of supporting the finished salt wall. Surface preparation and compatibility should be confirmed before installation, especially for larger walls.

How do I apply the adhesive?

Prepare the surface first, apply the appropriate amount of adhesive to the back of the salt brick or tile, position it carefully, and press it firmly into place. Follow the adhesive's curing instructions before putting stress on the installation.

How long should I wait for the adhesive to cure?

Curing time can vary with the adhesive, temperature, humidity, application thickness, and installation conditions. Follow the curing time stated on the product packaging before considering the installation fully set.

Do I need anything besides adhesive to build a salt wall?

It depends on the size and design of your wall. Larger or heavier installations may require additional structural support, framing, spacers, or other installation materials rather than relying on adhesive alone.
